Travelling to Northern Cyprus? Vehicle Requirements Update



If you’re crossing into Northern Cyprus, please be aware that authorities are carrying out vehicle safety checks. All cars and vans must now carry the following items:
  • Small Fire Extinguisher
  • First Aid Kit
  • Warning Triangle
  • High Visibility Vest
Motorcycles and mopeds are exempt.

Make sure your vehicle is equipped before travelling, it keeps the crossing smooth and supports road safety for everyone.
