ESBA PARKRUN
ESBA COMBINED MEDICAL PRACTICEWe’re really pleased to be partnered with ESBA Combined Medical Practice as a parkrun practice, encouraging our community to get moving and support both physical and mental wellbeing.
And remember — you absolutely do not have to be a runner! Walk, jog, run or volunteer; it all counts.
If you’ve spent the summer thinking “I really need to start doing something…” — 19th September is a pretty good place to start.
