28. Routine dental treatment is to be initiated at least 4 months prior to the completion of any overseas tour for all categories of entitled personnel (to ensure that the treatment is completed prior to the end on the tour).

Routine appointment will not be initiated if entitled personnel fall within this time frame, however emergency care is still accessible, upon triage.
SP care will continue routinely for operational effectiveness.”
