FAM Strategic Survey is now Live
The Future Accommodation Model (FAM) Strategic Survey is now live with a return deadline of 15 March 2021. The survey can be found at the link below: https://www.surveys.mod.uk/index.php/427547
The survey is aimed at those assigned to any of the FAM pilot locations; Aldershot Garrison, HMNB Clyde and RAF Wittering. The survey can be completed by Serving personnel or family members.
For the FAM Central team to properly evaluate where we are, the data collected in the 2021 Strategic Survey will allow the FAM Central Team to evaluate the benchmark set against which they can compare and contrast the results of all FAM Strategic Surveys
Please complete the survey by 15th March 2021 to have your say. The FAM Strategic Survey forms part of a range of data collection activities being undertaken by the FAM Central Team to measure the success of the 3-year FAM Pilot.
Distributed annually to regular serving personnel at each pilot site, the survey aims to assess and monitor the attitudes and impact of the FAM offer on you and your family during the Pilot. Most importantly, the survey provides you a unique opportunity to influence and adjust policy, so that when FAM rolls out to the rest of the Army, it is tried, tested and fit for purpose.

Q. What is the purpose of the survey?
A. The purpose of this survey is to assess the level of satisfaction Service personnel have with the current accommodation offer.

Q. How is the information used?
A. The results will be used to measure the level of satisfaction that Service personnel have with the current accommodation offer at the time the survey is issued. No personal enquiries or complaints will be actioned through completion of this survey.
Q. Will my records be kept confidential?
A. All surveys are anonymous and your responses will remain absolutely confidential. No attempt will be made to identify you or the serving member of your family. Only civilian researchers outside of the Chain of Command will see the completed surveys.
