Lifeworks families courses are available to spouses, partners, school-leaving age (and above) children and extended/blended family members.

Lifeworks is the employment support division of Royal British Legion Industries, a national charity supporting the Armed Forces. Following their service, ex-military personnel or reservists can experience difficulties transposing their skills into the civilian employment market, resulting in homelessness and a decline in their mental health. Our Lifeworks team ensures that the military community receives the best support possible through our FREE 4-day employment skills course within a year-long employment support programme. Not only does this cover the support but also covers the cost of travel, food, and accommodation (if necessary).
RBLI Lifeworks courses are held nationwide and tailored to suit the requirements of those who need them. Our specialist advisors and Vocational Assessors remain on hand throughout the journey to help them find the right opportunity. Lifeworks equips veterans, families, and reservists with the tools necessary to pursue their desired careers outside the Armed Forces.
