Island wide BFBS Box update


We’ve got some key information to help you stay connected to all your favourite shows, movies and sport on BFBS TV.

On Tuesday 31 March, local time 1215, there will be a change to one of our satellites. If you’re using a Technisat set top box, you’ll need to retune your box on or after this date to continue watching.

Please note: you won’t be able to retune your box before 31 March.

We’ll make sure you have everything you need to get set back up quickly, so you don’t miss a moment. If you have any issues or queries, please visit your local BFBS office for assistance.

Changes in Sodexo program during public holidays 25 March & 1 April 2026.
Recycling Centres will be closed.

General Refuse Collection as per usual program
01st of April - Kerbside Recycling Dhekelia & Ayios Nikolaos will be done on the 30th of March. 
(Dates on yearly schedule)

All other subcontractors will be closed.

Sodexo Helpdesk will be closed.

RAF Association - Women's Wellbeing Network



You may already be familiar with the Network, which launched on International Women’s Day in 2025. It provides a supportive, open, and encouraging environment for serving women to explore and develop their understanding of a wide range of topics that can affect day-to-day life.

The Network delivers 20 expert-led webinars over a two-year period, covering subjects such as women’s health, work–life balance, finances, and inspirational talks, among many others. In addition, they have a growing WhatsApp group where members can connect, share experiences, and network with one another.

ESBA - The Saturday Club - 24th January


New club for children and parents ran by Home-Start ESBA and BFC Youth Services

ESBA Parkrun/Parkwalk


When: Saturday mornings from 08.00 (07.50 for first timers brief)

Where: Ayios Nikolaos

Who: Open to all over 4 years of age (children must be accompanied by an adult) who hold a valid Station Pass

Parkrun is a free community event where you can run, jog or walk a 5km course at your own pace.

Parkrun is a positive, welcoming and inclusive event.

There is no time limit and no one finishes last, Parkrun is not a race.

The ESBA Parkrun has a Parkwalker and a Tailwalker so you are never alone.

There are regular "Chase the Pacer" events for those that wish to achieve a PB.

If you don't want to run or walk there are plenty of opportunities for volunteering at the event, the volunteers are the ones that make Parkrun happen.
