Join Our Team as a Decision-Maker in the Universal Credit Service

Key Responsibilities
§ Communication and Support - ✅Use strong communication skills on the phone and online to support claimants, including those with complex needs. ✅Communicate decisions clearly and kindly to claimants, ensuring they have a good experience. ✅Handle sensitive situations professionally, showing resilience and tact.
§ Case Management - ✅Manage cases efficiently. Prioritise your work to meet deadlines. ✅Inform Case Managers and Work Coaches about decisions. ✅Make sure claimants get the correct Universal Credit payment at the right time.
§ Staying Informed and Improving - ✅Stay up to date with service changes. ✅Help improve our processes. ✅Use digital learning tools and feedback to develop your skills.
✅Report any unacceptable behaviour from claimants. ✅Promote a safe and respectful environment.
